1. Free Trial
We offer a 24-hour free trial so you can test our service before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly encourage all new customers to take advantage of the free trial to evaluate stream quality, channel availability, and device compatibility before purchasing.
- Free trials are available once per customer and per household
- No payment is required to start a free trial — contact us via WhatsApp to request one
- Free trials cannot be exchanged for refunds or credit
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital streaming services, all sales are generally final once your IPTV credentials have been delivered and activated. However, we will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Service not activated: If you paid but never received your login credentials, you are entitled to a full refund
- Major service failure: If our service experiences a sustained outage of more than 72 hours and we are unable to resolve it, a pro-rata refund may be issued for the unused period
- Duplicate payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after activation
- You do not have compatible devices or internet connection speeds (minimum 10 Mbps required for HD streaming)
- You are blocked from accessing content due to geographical or ISP-level restrictions outside our control
- Your subscription has expired or you failed to renew in time
- Content preferences — we cannot guarantee specific channels as our library is updated regularly
- You violated our Terms & Conditions (e.g. sharing credentials with multiple users)
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above, please contact our support team via WhatsApp within 48 hours of the issue occurring. Please provide:
- Your order/subscription details
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence if applicable
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in your account being permanently suspended and may be contested. We are committed to resolving any genuine issues fairly and promptly.
